Around 20 boats – cruisers and dinghies took part in our annual Poole Harbour RTI’s – this usually means sailing down to South Deep, including Brownsea, Furzey and Green Islands. However this year the wind was close to our insured limit of 22 knots so the dinghies circumnavigated just Brownsea Island – all in all though it was a great success, special thanks go to our private chef Christian who was able supply us again with gourmet burgers and home made salads after race. Special thanks also to all of the member volunteers who set things up and helped with either support boats, the bar or race officer duties.
