At EDSC our motto is ‘Sailing in company is more fun!‘
EDSC is the ideal location to set off and explore the coast with Weymouth and Portland an easy sail to the west, Devon and Cornwall await across Lyme Bay. The Solent is a few hours sail away with numerous ports to visit including Yarmouth, Lymington, Beaulieu River and Cowes on the Isle of Wight to the east.
France and Channel Islands are about 70nm south of Poole.
Our Cruiser meet ups have included everything from just a BBQ on a beach just outside the harbour in Studland, to meeting up at local pubs winter or summer and if visiting another sailing club, making use of their facilities, restaurant and bar. So expect to meet many like minded members here with a sense of adventure.
