A group of our dinghy sailors were invited aboard some of the club’s cruisers for an evening sail. As the sun dipped lower in the sky, casting a golden hue across the water, the excitement among the sailors was palpable.
The larger cruisers offered a different kind of thrill compared to the nimble dinghies, and everyone was eager to share their experiences and stories. Laughter and conversation flowed freely (as did some wine!) as the boats glided smoothly across Poole Bay. We were rewarded with a truly spectacular sunset over the harbour on our return.
