This is one of the most anticipated events in our annual sailing calendar—a race where the competition is lighthearted, but the cause is serious: raising funds through entry fees for the Andrew Simpson Foundation.
More than 20 dinghies and several yachts from the club joined in, with the day culminating in gourmet burgers crafted by our very own private chef, Christian of Salt Co. The winds started off gentle, picked up toward the end, and everyone had an absolute blast. While our younger members enjoyed a crabbing competition off the pier, the sun shone brightly, making it a day full of fun and lasting memories.
